1) One regular registration is practically good for one presentation.
2) An additional paper (with the same regular registered author) can be registered at a student rate. A student must be an author/co-author of the second paper.
3) Each paper needs at least one early registration. Otherwise, the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings.
4) Registration fee must be paid via credit card (or Bank transfer) and in Thai Baht (THB) currency.
5) Member of any society and Student must declare Member/Student ID. The exemption is given to ThaiBME members.
6) Student registration requires scanned card(s) in PDF or Image file format (i.e., jpg, bmp, gif, png)
1. Payment by Credit Card. The BMEiCON-2011 takes only Visa and Master cards.
2. Payment by Telegraphic Transfer
Authors must attach the payment slip (in PDF or image format) to confirm the payment.
Notes:
1. Member (1) covers IEEE, IEICE and ThaiMED member with valid membership status.
2. Member (2) covers ThaiBME, ThaiBMI member with lifetime membership.
3. Full registration covers Abstract book, CD-ROM or flash drive, Jacket, Bag, Coffee-Break, Lunch, Welcome party, and Banquet, and other official events.
4. Student registration cover items in 3) but may be restricted to some later added functions.
5. Addition banquet ticket is 900 THB (available at the registration desk or can be purchased in advanced).
6. Addition reception ticket is 600 THB (available at the registration desk or can be purchased in advanced).
7. Non-Author registration Pax: 3 registrations covers 4 Persons. Please contact finace chairs as need.
คำแนะนำเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการลงทะเบียน
1) ผู้ลงทะเบียนคนไทย ควรลงทะเบียนโดยการโอนเงินผ่านบัญชี ธนาคาร
2) การลงทะเบียนในอัตรานักศึกษานั้นทำได้ใน 2 กรณีคือ
- ผู้เขียนบทความทุกคน เป็นนักศึกษา (1 การลงทะเบียน รองรับได้ 1 บทความเท่านั้น)
- ลงทะเบียนคู่กับอีก 1 บทความ ที่ลงในอัตราปกติ (ผู้ลงทะเบียนในบทความหลัก จะต้องมีชื่อในบทความนี้ด้วย)
3) ผู้ลงทะเบียนคนไทยปกติที่ไม่ได้เป็นสมาชิกของสมาคมใดๆ จะได้รับสิทธิให้เป็นสมาชิกของสมาคมวิจัยวิศวกรรมการแพทย์ไทย โดยอัตโนมัติ
(เลือกสมาชิกของสมาคม ThaiBME และใช้หมายเลข PAPER ID เป็นหมายเลขสมาชิก ผู้ได้สิทธิ์ สามารถปฏิเสธการรับสิทธินี้ได้)
